- Ph.D. thesis defended in 1980 at Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology: " Dynicamic stability of one rotor helicopter with hanging payload". Thesis was distinguished;
- D.Sc. thesis in field of mechanics, gained in 1999 at the Faculty of Mechatronics, entitled: "Flight modelling of extreme flight states of high maneuverability aircraft". Distinguished in 1999/2000 as the best thesis at Military University of Technology in Warsaw
- Professor title granted in 2005.
