Erasmus+ Additional enrolment

Please be informed that the additional enrolment for Erasmus+ mobility is opened from November 01 to 20, 2021 in the USOS WEB PW system. Remember that after completing the application in the system, you should send the following documents to the following e-mail address: krystyna.rozycka@pw.edu.pl

1. Learning Agreement form with all your data, data of the chosen University and the list of courses at the chosen University. 
2. Proof of language skills - English B2 level. If the B2 exam grade is in the USOS system, you do not need to attach a certificate or other document.
3. Document called "Karta zaliczeń", in which you indicate the courses chosen at the host University and their equivalents at the MEiL Faculty. 

Please remember that  the required number of ECTS is 30 per semester. In case of the last semester of studies, the 17-20 ECTS per semester is acceptable. The Learning Agreement form and Karta Zaliczeń is attached to this notice.
