Information for students - very important

Registration for courses in USOS system, second term

Beginning : 19.02.2020 at 14.30.

Deadline: 01.03.2020 at 23.59. 

This is the last term to apply for the courses.

Every student is obliged to register on courses.

The lack of chosen courses for the summer semester 2020 will have the consequence in striking from the register of students. (Do not apply to  students being on 3-month diploma extension).

Students, who have been admitted to the second-cycle studies from the summer semester 2020 will be able to register for courses from 24.02.2020 at 14.30 to 01.03.2020 at 23.59.

Students, who have been admitted to the second-cycle EXTRAMURAL studies from the summer semester 2020 will be registered for courses by the Dean Office.        

The best way to register for courses is thought: For students- registration- for courses- required the stages of studies.

Registration for students for the next semester of their studies (2020 summer)

You should first check if in USOSWeb you have the information about the next stage of studies.

For students- pass the stages of studies.

If you see the next stage of study (cycle 2020 summer) – it is ok and you can register for the courses.

If you do not see the next stage of study (cycle 2020 summer)- student has not been registered for the next stage of studies and the procedure of striking from the register of students had been applied. In that case you should:

---- For those, who want to defend your thesis in March- please submit all required, diploma documents in the terms given on the website (see: Faculty website/studies/diploma exams).

---- For students, who had not gained enough ECTS points to be registered for the next semester:

       -  To be registered for V, VI or VII sem. (first-cycle studies) and for II, III or IV sem. (second-cycle studies) you should submit the application for the repetition of the semester. (According to the Academic Regulations, you may ask for two repetitions during your studies).

       -  In case of other semesters and lacking only a few ECTS points, you may ask for the conditional registration.

       -  To be registered for VII sem. (first –cycle studies) or III or IV sem. (second-cycle studies) you may ask for the 3-month diploma extension. However you must complete the whole study programme (all the required courses) and pass the diploma seminar.

----  In case of any questions or doubts, you may visit the Dean Office during opening hours.

for  II sem. - 22 ECTS
for  III sem. - 44 ECTS
for IV sem. - 68 ECTS
for V sem. - 102 ECTS
for  VI sem. - 130 ECTS
for  VII sem. - 170 ECTS
second-cycle studies:
for II sem. - 22 ECTS
for III sem. - 50 ECTS
for  IV sem. (Aerospace Engineering and Nuclear Power Engineering) - 80 ECTS
