Payments for the repeated courses in summer semester 2022

To Polish and foreign students, who are studying on the basis applicable to the Polish citizens, studies in Polish or in English.

In March 09, 2022 the payments calculations for the repated courses have been done in the USOS system regarding the courses in summer semester 2022 for Polish and foreign students, who are studying on the basis applicable to the Polish citizens, studies in Polish or in English

Those calculations should be visible in the USOS WEB PW system after 2 p.m. (14.00) in March 09, 2022 in accounting section. (You could be able to check it in section: settlements/pending fees related to your account number).

Payable deadline - March 23, 2022.

The payments should be done on student's individual bank account number stated in USOS system. The account number is visible in USOSWeb/ for studetns/ fees(settlements).
In the money transfer the student should write: his/her index number, repetition of course/s.

The deadline for submitting any comments/ applications/ complains/ applications for payments in installments/ prolongation of payment deadline or partial remission of fees is March 15, 2022. (Tuesday).
The partial remission of fees must be proved by the documents confirming student's difficult financial situtation.

The applications regarding Polish students should be delivered to the Deanery or send by e-mail on the following address: agnieszka.matejek@pw.edu.pl

The applications regarding foreign students must be delivered in original to the Deanery during opening hours.

The foreign student's applications must be evaluated by the Rector. The foreign stduent's applications deman the administration decision to be prepared.
